There was ash here. Lots of ash. More ash than in the area she had come from. But no matter. She could survive here as well if she so wished. She was a cat thats what cats did, they survived. But I'm more than just an ordinary cat. She said to herself walking as she gazed through eyes that were narrowed against the dust and ash. I'm a leopard. And I'm not even an ordinary leopard. She grinned as her train of thought continued. I'm a Snow Leopard. I can survive in the harshest climate there is. I survive- no. She stopped correcting herself. I thrive where no others can.Yes that was good. That was accurate she decided a smug look on her face.
These wolves here...For she knew this was a packs lands, she could smell their reek everywhere. Better stay out of my way. She added silently the smug grin still plastered on her face. There may have been ash everywhere but to her it wasn't much different than the snow other than the fact that it was lighter and stirred up easier. She could deal with that though as she was well accustomed to walking with a light step. Oh yes. She was going to enjoy it here. Very much. And she didn't care if any foolish wolves did show up to try and make her leave because she wouldn't be driven out lightly or easily.

(Since Byakko's General and because his sister recently gave birth, I'm bringing him in to go in full out aggressive-protective mode. Don't worry. He won't attack unless attacked first. I'm assuming you have permission to do this. I don't know the exact protocol for this sort of thing.)
Byakko's gold eyes were narrowed dangerously. Even though the ash dulled his nose a bit, he would never miss the scent of a feline on his pack's pack's territory. What a time for a damn cat to show up. There were pups in this land. What made Byakko feel more aggressive than usual was because one of those pups was his surviving nephew, Akutan. His sister, Starfire, had a miracle happen and even though three of the four pups she delivered had died prior to birth, Akutan had pulled through and survived. Byakko was fiercely protective of the boy and that would turn to aggression if the cat refused to leave and things got ugly. So there he was, heading for the source of the smell, his tail bannered in the General's position, ready to face the cat and lay down the law hard on it.
He found the trespasser, a leopard with markings he'd only heard about in stories. He was growling loudly as he came from the ash like a ghost, his gold eyes flashing dangerously and his fur bristled. Being what animals this far west called wolves of great size like him hopefully would mean he was more intimidating. He was easily twice the size of the cat but given the pride felines were famous for, that probably would matter not. Oh yeah, by being in the same forest as his nephew, this cat was in deep crap. But even then, Byakko would opt for diplomacy and if this feline made a move to strike, he was going fight. "Trespasser. What are you doing in these lands?" he snarled, his ears pinning back, every inch of him pumping with aggression. Not even his own family had seen him this dangerous. Byakko was smart and wary. He would never reveal to this cat that he was protecting anything more than the packlands. Wouldn't want the flea-bitten leopard to stalk deeper into the forest, find the den where Storm, Starfire, and Akutan made their home, and pull the plug on the boy. That thought was what drove the General now.

((Mind if I jump in here? Starfleet's a scout, but the two of them are just coming in to back their General up I suppose.))
Beside Starfleet, Thundershock drew his lips back into a snarl, his whole body stiff, hackles raised dangerously. "What is it, Thunder?" Starfleet whispered. It had been a long time since she'd seen her brother look so ferocious; the ash had kept them pretty much in their den most of the time. He signalled her to be quiet with a flick of his tail, and then raised his muzzle and sniffed the air, his eyes flicking pointedly towards Starfleet to tell her to do the same. She inhaled through her nose, ignoring the uncomfortable sensation the ash gave her. Almost immediately, the scent of a big cat reached her nose, though Starfleet couldn't quite name what type. She had the feeling this cat wouldn't be anything like Gustave, the whip-tongued (but friendly to a chosen few) small cat had been somewhat not much of a threat - but whenever there was the smell of a big cat, that meant trouble.
A low growl escaped her throat. The last time she'd encountered a large feline was an year or so ago, in the winter when she'd broken her shoulder from a fall, and in the process finding shelter with her friends they had met up with and fought a giant, ravenous saber. Also, shortly before the ash started falling, sabers from a Clan elsewhere had taken their Head Healer. Big cats hadn't left her with a good impression of them. Cautiously, she dropped to a crouch, as did Thundershock. The two siblings crept through the bushes, the ash smearing their fur disguising their bright blue and white pelts as they followed the scent. "Trespasser. What are you doing in these lands?" Starfleet heard a voice up ahead. She could hear the aggression in the voice of the wolf that had called. However, she couldn't quite name him, perhaps she hadn't met him yet.
Thundershock was slightly ahead of her, and he poked his muzzle between two bushes, sending the black dust that had settled on the leaves showering downwards. Stifling a sneeze, Starfleet peered out from beside him. There was a large black and white wolf glaring challengingly at a lean, snowy white feline with dark splotches dotting its fur. What were they called - leopards? Snow leopards? What was that cat doing here? She was on wolf territory, and she didn't seem to be the least bit concerned. A fierce growl rose in Thundershock's throat and he prowled out into the open, his muzzle wrinkled into a ferocious snarl. Starfleet matched him step for step with a similar expression and the two siblings each took up a position on either side of the black and white wolf. From the way he held his head and tail, Starfleet guessed he was of high rank. She lowered her own tail a little to acknowledge him, while Thundershock's tail was dropped low to brush his legs, but both his ears were pinned back, and his amber eyes glared at the feline in front of them.
It wasn't the time for introductions now, but it was clear enough that Starfleet and Thundershock were here to help if things got hairy.

Cat! Cat! How dare it! Blue paws flashed in and out from beneath the body of the Gamma, his bright yellow lightning marks twinkling from beneath the light ash covering his coat had. His pale green orbs were narrowed and sparked with anger. He hated cats. All cats. Especially cats stupid enough to cross into Nardir territory without a by-your-leave! His breathe rasped in his throat, the ash clogging his lungs and making breathing hard, but he gritted his teeth. He was the Gamma! It was his job to defend the pack! He was not going to let a bit of ash get in his way!
Soon he was barrelling towards the beast, but he was not alone. Already Byakko was there, looking every inch the Warrior General and more frightening than anything he?d ever seen, and on each side to him was Starfleet and Thundershock, both looking equally intimidating. All three wolves were taller and bigger than, but that didn?t matter. He was in time to hear Byakko asking the cat what it was doing here. Slowing down Storm came up the foursome at a stifflegged walk, his tail bannered in full gamma mode. He took position at Thundershock?s side, slightly ahead of him. He held his head high and his angry gaze were almost hot enough to bore holes through the offending feline?s spotted fur. He?d never seen a feline like this before, didn?t care. He did note the strong build, the arrogant tilt to the head, the broad paws with the wicked claws. Most had seen Storm when he?d been maddened by fear for his mate?s life, but he wasn?t like that this time. No, he was cool and calm. Calculating odds and totting up the known weak and strong points of the three wolves by his side. Though he knew they could take this cat, he also knew it wasn?t wise to underestimate it.
?You seem like a cat with brains,? he said in his grating voice: ?you know very well you?re trespassing. Leave now, before we make you.? Now was not the time for diplomacy.

She had heard and smelled him coming and so wasn't surprised when he appeared out of the ash ears pinned back and snarling in a pathetic attempt at what must have been intended to intimidate or scare her. She merely stood there ice blue eyes fixed on him in a cold, calm gaze. He was big yes, twice her size in fact but still she didn't scare that easy. She had seen others his size living in the snowy north she had come down from. "Hunting puppy, hunting, and seeing what there is to see. Just stay out of my way..." she paused picking up the scents of at least two other wolves in the vicinity "And your friends to that I can smell and there won't be any trouble". She replied coolly glancing calmly around trying to spot the other wolves she had scented.
A growl off to her side told her where they were though moments before they slipped out of the bushes and went and joined the large black and white wolf who had arrived first. She eyed the two of them with as much calm and coldness as she had eyed the first arrival taking their, though slightly dirty, blue and grey coats. She did find the patterns on the new arrivals coats interesting but only mildly so what she really noticed though was how much closer to her in size they were compared to the larger one. This would be good for her as it meant the odds would not be quite so stacked in their favor, not that she really cared much about odds anyway.
She had been so focused on analyzing the first three wolves that she only just caught the arrival of a fourth wolf appearing on the scene. He was even smaller than the other two small ones, though not by much, but she could tell even with her limited knowledge of how wolf packs worked that he held a rank of high standing. Just how high though she didn't know and didn't really care either he was still a wolf no matter what his rank was and therefore an enemy. She dipped her head slightly, but only a fraction of an inch, as this newest arrival made his first remark agreeing with him that she was indeed intelligent hen listened with wry humor as he finished the rest of his piece.
She then stared at them all as deafening silence filled the air. These wolves, the four of them were tense and angry that she was in their territory and they wanted her gone. In fact they seemed to think they could make her. She found this thought highly amusing. They may be larger than I and have me outnumbered but it is no matter. If they think they will walk away without a scratch they are, or rather will be...The corners of her mouth turned up slightly in a wry smile. Sorely mistaken. Several moments had passed by now when she finally spoke in answer to the banner tailed wolf.
"Of course I know I'm trespassing....or am I? Perhaps I have decided I wish to live here? Then it would be you who are trespassing". Her eyes danced with amused, mirthless laughter. "Perspectives perspectives" she gave a small chuff of cold amusement. "Oh the possibilities". She then swished her tail in a slow, drawn out manner watching each of the wolves for any signs of movement.

(Just to let you know, Byakko is Fury Positive so if he ends up falling without my permission, I can't do anything about it. When I create characters I get attached to, they can take on minds of their own and hijack the post. Just be cautious about how much Icemoon pushes him because it can easily turn ugly. I'll try to keep the reins on him since this is a Consent pack. I will let the fact he is Fury Positive slip by letting his eyes glow a bit so it'll serve as a cue for Ice not to test his limits too much. I can't stop him if he falls but I can make it so she's kept alive and avoid giving her the injuries you specified.)
Byakko didn't acknowledge Thundershock or Starfleet when they joined him nor he acknowledge Storm much except to bring his tail a bit lower than the Gamma's. He heard Storm's words but he kept snarling, not dropping his growing aggression. "Hunting puppy, hunting, and seeing what there is to see. Just stay out of my way..." the cat said. The first part of her statement nearly made Byakko lash out. "Of course I know I'm trespassing....or am I? Perhaps I have decided I wish to live here? Then it would be you who are trespassing. Oh the possibilities." she said. Byakko kept still, his anger climbing. He felt the familiar tug of the Fury and let his control slip just enough to let his eyes glow. To show this feline that he was much too dangerous to push, lest she had a death wish. "Like hell you are when we have a large pack behind us. You're just one flea bitten cat. What hope do you possibly have? These lands were ours long before you drew your first breath. Don't make this the place where you draw your last." Byakko said.
"Don't test me, feline. It could be the last thing you do. Push me and we die together." he then warned. Unless she was so foolish to think she could escape the Fury, the cat better keep a lid on it and leave. Surely she knew the curse of so-called Blackbloods like himself. "Gamma, please kill me if I lose control. You know you can't stop it if I do. You'll just die trying and they need you alive." he then said to Storm. They not only meaning the pack but Starfire and Akutan as well. His eyes never left the impetuous cat. "I will try to prevent it from happening but I cannot promise." he added. He then ceased talking, praying Storm would listen to him for once and not try to tell him otherwise. They knew in their hearts he was a danger to himself and everyone around him when he was angry. Fortunately, it didn't happen often but a trespasser threatening the life of his nephew really drew him out. He was dead serious about his implied threat. The cat had better understand and respect that.
(Naturally, I don't want Byakko dead either so if he falls, he'll burn himself out before and only if Storm actually does what was asked. Just keep that in mind, y'all. I also don't want him maimed either.)

((*failed* Oops... sorry about that confusion. DX))
"Hunting puppy, hunting, and seeing what there is to see. Just stay out of my way..." the cat answered the black and white wolf cooly. That seemed to really rile him up, and then she made a comment on the other wolves arriving before she added, "Of course I know I'm trespassing....or am I? Perhaps I have decided I wish to live here? Then it would be you who are trespassing," The whole time, she stayed calm, her voice as cold as her eyes, thinly veiled with amusement. Gosh, this was starting to sound familiar. If one was paying close attention, they would have noticed the brief look of puzzlement cross Starfleet's face. This was beginning to sound unnervingly close to something a certain someone else she knew would say... "Perspectives perspectives...Oh the possibilities" the leopard-thing laughed coldly.
Starfleet was beginning to think she'd met the icy version of Gustave. God, were all cats the same? With tongues more tangled than a hawthorn bush, and more prickley too. ?You seem like a cat with brains,? a familiar gravelly voice growled behind her. Starfleet was surprised, she had been so tied up with her own thoughts she hadn't noticed the approach of the Gamma. ?you know very well you?re trespassing. Leave now, before we make you.? the blue-toned Gamma told the cat warningly. However, the vile feline in front of them hardly seemed nettled, in fact she was almost relaxed, swishing her spotted tail lazily from side to side as if she were having a friendly chat, rather than being confronted with a group of furious, battle-ready wolves. For a moment, Starfleet was almost impressed with her calmness and dignity, but it was swept away almost instantly with the ferocious desire to defend her territory, and the wolves of Nardir. She should be thinking about what the best strategy to take her down was, not observing every little aspect of her character!
"Like hell you are when we have a large pack behind us. You're just one flea bitten cat. What hope do you possibly have? These lands were ours long before you drew your first breath. Don't make this the place where you draw your last." The black and white wolf was speaking now, and to Starfleet's alarm, there was an eerily familiar glow appearing in his eyes. Oh God... please, oh please... don't let him succumb to the Fury! Not this soon after Blackstripe... she wasn't yet ready to see another wolf go berserk... It was likely he would not only destroy his opponent, but everyone else on the battlefield. She knew from her own personal experience that any battle between a wolf with the Fury raging in their veins and any other animal would result a fight to the death. The only wolf she could fight next to and not wipe them out with the Fury was Thundershock. When they were younger, and before they had joined Nardir, they'd fought and killed their own parents - that was four wolves with the Fury fighting each other! Luckily, she and Thunder had seemed to instinctively avoid each other, and somehow escape without the marks from each other's teeth and claws.
Her attention shifted back to the scene in front of her as the black and white wolf went on, "Don't test me, feline. It could be the last thing you do. Push me and we die together." Starfleet didn't doubt a word he said. Every bit of knowledge of large felines and the Fury that she posessed confirmed that. Her eyes widened with horror as he went on, "Gamma, please kill me if I lose control. You know you can't stop it if I do. You'll just die trying and they need you alive." What a terrible obligation to place upon your own packmate! But at the same time, she felt a glow of admiration for him. If he was in a high rank, it was no doubt that he deserved it -- it was that kind of loyalty and devotion to the pack that a wolf needed. To fight to the death. "I will try to prevent it from happening but I cannot promise." The black and white wolf went on, his eyes never leaving the cat in front of him.
It looked like a fight was inevitable. This cat wasn't about to leave peacefully. Starfleet bunched her legs slightly in preparation for battle, her muscles tense. She automatically looked over to the Gamma, who had his tail uplifted fully in authority, Storm was now slightly ahead of Thundershock, just by the Black and white wolf's side. Her guess was that he was either General or Head Border Guard. Both jobs involved fighting to defend the pack - and he seemed to pretty much be taking charge now.
~Thundershock~
His pale golden-amber eyes seared into the large feline in front of him with enough rage to scorch her fur, every hair on his pelt bristling with fury. How DARE it? Just walking into their lands and speaking like the place belonged to her! It was time this cat learned a lesson. His muscles were tightened, his legs tense and ready, just barely able to hold himself back from leaping at the cat's throat with slavering jaws. Stupid cat! He hated felines. It was absolutely atrocious that his sister had accepted a small cat into their pack - hopefully this encounter would teach her cat's were no good! They shouldn't have much trouble. Four enraged wolves against one slender kitty. No problem! They could crush her like a flea. Hah, that should teach her not to mess with wolves again - particularly not Nardir wolves. Every friend in Nardir was at stake here, if they let this cat settle, it couldn't be good. A low, threatening growl errupted from his throat.
Yet still, Storm's high-held tail reminded him of his place, although he was quivering with anticipation, he glanced over to the black and white wolf and the Gamma. Of course, it was their place to give the command to attack. He wondered briefly what rank the black and white wolf was - he seemed to be pretty much taking charge of talking with the cat. Was he the Head Border Guard? Or maybe... a shiver of excitement rippled through him - Perhaps this was the General? He'd heard one had been newly appointed after Cypress had gone missing for a while... He felt a bit somber as he remembered the wisdom and power of the old General. However, he had yet to meet the new one. And if this was him... Thundershock wouldn't mind showing off perhaps just a little bit, after all, he was aiming for a warrior rank.
((Yes, it is my goal to kill everyone's souls with large posts. Okay, of course, I'd like to have Starfleet and Thundershock alive at the end of this, and still have all their limbs intact, and their senses please. No permanent maims or whatever. Anything else is okay.))

Frosttip was walking through the semi-dirty forests of nardir due to the effect of the volcano. It was darker around these parts for some reason she could not determine. The color of her eyes stood out from the rest of the forest as she watched the enviorment around her carefully. Not a single leaf nor blade of grass rustled in sight except for those that she walked past. Frosttip was trying to keep herself quiet for a good reason. She could smell an intruder in the territory. And lucky for her she was downwind from the creature. But from the creature she could also smell other wolves. Her general, and other wolves she was not familiar with. She had to be careful now that she was quickly approaching the site. She could hear the murmur of the cat and the wolves up ahead as the scent got stronger and stronger. Around then she began to crouch in the shrubs behind the cat. She still didnt know what this intruder looked like so she decided to take a look herself.
She peeked out of the bushes with her pink eyes standing out from the foliage. Without making much noise as possible, she saw the intruder. It was a black cat with white spots. Peculiar little thing. It was bigger than a house cat yet smaller than a lion. The cat seemed like a lepord. Snow lepord maybe? she couldnt tell. But the other wolves she saw were definetly the large black and white general, as well as two blue and white wolves and a blue and yellow one. Most of the wolves, including the general, seemed to be lower than the blue and yellow one. Was that wolf of great importance? she might find out sooner or later. But now her focus was on the cat. Five wolves up against one measley cat. It was talking big for someone who was out numbered so. She rolled her eyes at its pride, it annoyed her. Right now she was looking straight at byakko, hoping he would see his latest warrior ready to defend the territory, but something seemed...different.
General Byakko's eyes were glowing a bright golden yellow. Her eyes widened as she looked at the strange phenomenon that beheld the female. What was wrong with Byakko? why are his eyes glowing?! but whatever the cause, it half scared Frosttip. But no! frosttip couldnt be scared, she was a warrior! and wouldnt dare look frightened or terrified in front of anyone else ever again! So she shut her eyes and tried to calm herself down from the sight she saw. Once calm, she kept a steady face on as she collected herself and set a hard, battle ready face on herself. If this intruder wouldn't leave by peace, then it would have to leave by force! She shifted her stare back to the feline, who seemed to have a feminine figure in her mind. It was definetly a she, and she herself would be ready to fight it, any day, any time. She stared at General Byakko, waiting for the command to pounce out of the bushes and start to chase out the intruder.

(Ok, Wolfgirl so your position is in the bushes behind the target, got it.)
All Storm heard was blah blah irritating blah from the cat. It obviously wanted a confrontation and he wasn?t one to deny her it. Aaaand there went noble Byakko spouting something about his Fury. Of course Storm knew that his brother in law was fury positive, and that if he fell he, X and Starfire had promised to take him down. Storm had his own contingency plans should Byakko fall to the Fury, but he didn?t say anything, merely nodded and took another step forward, silently reminding Byakko that though he was the General, Storm was Gamma and would spearhead this attack.
Thundershock and Starfleet remained silent, but were eager and ready for the fight. Briefly Storm wished for a few more seasoned fighters than only he and Byakko. Oh he had no doubt that the siblings would do very well, but he?d never fought with them before. This would seem to be a trial by fire, but the very fact that they remained silent and waited for either him or Byakko to take command did tell him that they would work well. Just then a glint caught his eye ? quickly he glanced over the cat?s shoulder and then immediately shifted his attention back to the cat. Yes! How wonderfull was this! He?d seen pink eyes in the bushes with the unmistakeable outline of a wolfish face just behind the cat. Would the cat have seen his glance? Quickly he took another step forward to try and claim the cat?s attention back to him ? whether it worked or not would remain to be seen.
?Cat ? last warning. Leave or die.? Without taking his angry pale green eyes off the cat, he spoke to those gathered behind him , hoping that the wolf in the bushes would get his idea: ?Get ready to charge forward on my command.?
Let?s see what happens now, feline! He thought smugly.

Byakko saw the same eyes that Storm did and knew Frosttip had joined them. He kept quiet and his glowing eyes dimmed only a little bit. The more wolves there to stop this flea-bitten feline, the less likely he was to fall. The fact she didn't know he had someone to protect also worked in his favor but it didn't make him any less furious. Storm took a step ahead. Byakko let him. He was the superior in this little operation. Byakko had become second-in-command the moment Storm entered the picture. The General felt a little annoyed. How was he supposed to learn to be a leader to his warriors if he was constantly being trumped by someone with higher rank whenever there was trouble. That was the only real thing that annoyed him about his brother-in-law. But naturally, Byakko would say nothing and let nothing be shown. It was something he had to deal with on his own. Nardir was well under any other pack's radar as one worthy to invade but one never knew.
Byakko didn't trust rogues or the Alteron scum not to launch an invasion as far as he could throw them so it was a matter of chance. ?Cat ? last warning. Leave or die.? said Storm. Byakko knew Frosttip would get the idea. She was a warrior under his command, after all. ?Get ready to charge forward on my command.? said Storm. The General lowered his center of gravity, letting his eyes glow just a bit more but still a far cry from falling. Byakko had seen his father in Fury only once when he was small. The General was only a pup at the time but he never forgot that X had become a demon, his eyes completely saturated with light. Byakko got the same report from birds who had watched him tear through the wilds when he fell for the first time. In this moment, there was nothing to fear from the General. His glow was a warning, nothing more. The cat would have to say something completely appalling for that ax to come down. He started to growl.

?Cat ? last warning. Leave or die.?
The Gamma kept his pale green gaze fixed on the feline. He had shifted forward slightly ahead of the other wolf, stating his authority in the situation. Starfleet shifted her focus from the black and white wolf to Storm. ?Get ready to charge forward on my command.? Starfleet gave a tiny nod, and Thundershock growled in assent. Eagerly, Thundershock kept his eyes glued on the leopard and widened his stance in preparation to fight. He shifted his weight into his haunches and bent his hind legs slightly, ready to attack. He resolved to watch both the black and white wolf with amber eyes and Gamma Storm carefully, should they give him a particular command to attack a certain spot on the leopard. If he was given none, he'd simply lunge anywhere at the feline where he could help distract it enough for Storm to get a few good blows in.
Adredeline pulsed through his veins, and he could hear blood roaring in his ears. A ferocious desire to defend his pack raged inside his chest, lending energy to his paws. All the soreness of his throat and lungs were forgotten in his anticipation for the fight. In his mind, he ran over every battle tactic he'd ever thought up, and all the experience he had with fighting large felines. He and Starfleet had encountered sabers twice just outside of Nardir's borders during their 'adventures'. His uncle Weilyn's training started to fill his mind. You must know the limits of your surroundings, yourself and your enemy if you are to have a successful fight. Thundershock's golden eyes flicked around for a moment. Well, this was Nardir, his home. He knew this land better than the large leopard feline, and they were in a small even clearing ideal for a fight. He resolved to stay out of the bushes and undergrowth, but to attempt to force the leopard into it. As for his own limits, he knew them quite well. The feline was bound to be more flexible and quick than the wolves, but she was greatly outnumbered by wolves which were strong and skilled in fighting. He resolved to avoid her forepaws, which were bound to be fit for dealing some painful and strong blows. He would try and angle himself just behind her elbow to deal the damage.
She must be feather-brained if she expects to beat us. Thundershock looked over to the Gamma for the signal to move.

The icy grin remained dancing across her features even as she saw a faint glow emanating from the black and white wolfs eyes. She had heard rumors of this..something called the Fury that made wolves go insane but she had never come across it herself so it meant next to nothing to her, she wasn't worried about it all if that was indeed what it was. "Silly puppy, poor silly puppy." She chuckled in the same mirthless fashion as danced in her eyes, "You have much to learn". She said in reply to his statement about not pushing him to far. She didn't really care how far she pushed him or any of the others really, she was a leopard, a survivor therefore she would survive. She continued to draw her tail lazily back and forth in a rather bored manner, even yawning as such as she continued listening and watching.
The black and white wolf asked the blue like wolf to kill him if he lost control while the other wolves moved forwards clearly eager to fight. She raised her head slightly tilting it upwards in proud defiance, she was not afraid of them not in the least. She would fight if, although it looked like when might now be more appropriate, they attacked. Then she caught the faint scent of another and just barely managed to catch the blue wolf the one the black and white one had referred to as Gamma glancing behind her. So another has come to join the party have they? She asked herself in a nonchalantly, amused manner not bothering to so much as flick her ears back to listen behind her. It didn't really matter that much to her in the sense that she thought she would loose as she was sure that she would win but it was an intriguing curiosity that one would willing come to fight in what she was sure would be a loosing battle for them.
The so called Gamma wolf was now taking a step towards her speaking again warning her yet again to leave. She just shook her head in bewildered amusement. So many warning and no actions. How did these wolves manage to hold onto any part of their territory if all they ever did was give warnings. She shifted her weight to her toes placing slightly more weight on her hindquarters though not enough to cause her to be greatly disadvantaged by being unbalanced and watched as her opponents also prepared to fight. All during this time her tail continued its lazy swishing back and forth not stopping even now that battle was likely just seconds away. She was calm and ready for battle already but well she figured the wolves might need a little time so..."Whenever your ready come on then and learn your lesson..I'm ready for you now". Her tone remaining just as cold as it had before and her eyes still dancing with the same mirthless laughter.
((sorry for the wait))
