The night was young in this forest. Many animals were already in their dens having a nice sleep with no worries or fears. But at that moon night, a red pelted she-wolf padded slowly through the dark forest with her bright golden eyes sticking in the front. She was completely new to this territories that at first sight seemed empty of any life. Her name was Juno, a normal timber wolf that after months of endless traveling found her way here.
She moved from her homeland due to discrimination issues that she suffered since her early times. Her red pelt with black markings was the main resource of this treats. Tyred of that she left in order to find a better place where she could be accepted as anyone else. "Here I am..." She said.

The night had come swiftly and it was different than most nights. Most nights, the moon shone brightly over head; moonbeams stretching far through the tree tops and providing speckled moonlight along the forest floor. Tonight it seemed, the moon was not as bright as normal; or perhaps it was simply that the world around the male was growing ever darker within his own perceptions. Trudging through the underbrush was a large timber, his stocky form moving through the world stiffly as moon light gently dabbled across his brown and grey fur revealing a large patch across his back that had been burnt away only to leave the scarred and fleshy skin that typically hid beneath his thick coat. Upon further inspection if one were to watch him wander through the wood, they would surely notice his face bearing similar scars as his back; his right eye holding a pale blue color surrounded by scarred flesh while the left shifted this way and that in order to navigate his surroundings. Across his grey and white muzzle lay another large fleshy scar that dripped itself to the right side of his muzzle, and lastly his forelimb on the right side bore another long scar down the length of the leg. He walked in silence, allowing the world to silently take in his grotesque form without any remarks. "Here I am" It came on a whisper but Hudson's attention snapped towards the direction the voice traveled from, his ears perked forward as he paused mid stride and stared in to the darkness. He let out a soft hum before calling out, "Who is here?" |

After some more walk, Juno decided to take a small rest. After walking all the day, she needed at least ten minutes for regaining some energy. But then she heard a voice, a voice that seemed to come from a male´s. She hasn't seen other wolf in several months so she believes this as a good opportunity for talking a bit. <font color=red>"Yes, I am here. Where are you?"</font> She asked not knowing the location of the male.
It was too dark for her to see anything further than her nose. So she would have to use her smell sense to try finding the other wolf. <font color=red>"Keep talking so I can find you."</font> She said wanting to find him soon. |

The male's ears perked high once more as he waited and watched, hearing only silence fall once more upon the lands around him. Then suddenly- "Yes, I am here. Where are you? Keep talking so I can find you." The voice carried with the wind and Hudson was off in a soft trot, his ears twitching in the hopes of finding more noise from the creature that spoke; his head turning right and left as he tried to get a full scope of the lands around him in the darkness. "I am right here," he called once more, huffing as his trot turned canter- the male walking even faster now through the under brush. His curiosity had piqued when she spoke and he couldn't help but fuel that curiosity with seeking her out. It didn't take long either as he came upon the female a few meters away. "Ahh," he said as he slowed to a walk, "hello." |
