RANK DESCRIPTIONS

THE TERRIS
The Terris serves as a member of the Triad, the group of three leaders that leads Arcana. They lead the major body of Arcana.

THE SOLARIS
The Solaris serves as the "head" of the Triad, the group of three leaders that leads Arcana. They manage the major aspects of the tribe.

THE LUNARIS
The Lunaris manages the more mystical aspects of Arcana, organizing performances and such while protecting Arcana with a magical façade.

THE SOLAR BODY
Under the Solaris's instruction, the Solar Body
guides Arcana.

THE ASCENDANT
-- The Solaris' favored. The Ascendant is typically a close associate of the Solaris. They serve as an advisor, messenger, and potential successor.

GATEKEEPERS
-- The Gatekeepers keep close eyes on the borders and fellow packs. Unlike the whispers, their dealings are in the daylight

WHISPERS
-- Spies. The Whispers keep tabs on everyone in Arcana and report back to the Solaris with any findings. When a member travels away from the tribe, a whisper is usually sent to keep an eye on them.

SCAVENGERS
-- Scavengers serve as tradesmen to Arcana. They travel from pack to pack to gain supplies that Arcana can't find normally and if they come across a fox on their travels, they try to convince them to join Arcana.

THE LUNAR BODY
Under the Lunaris, the Lunar Body provides Arcana
with a performing façade.

Since the Lunar Body isn’t always performing, it’s popular among many of its members to also adopt a rank from tbe terran body

LUMINARIES
-- Head performers. They are usually highly-skilled in many talents and are level-headed. Luminaries work closely with everyone in the tribe to make sure that acts go smoothly and everything works out.

STARLETS
-- Starlets are performers who often serve in the main section of a show. They aren't typically as good as the Luminaries but, like most members of the Lunar Body, possess skills to be envious of. Starlets typically act as assistants to Luminaries and run errands if they aren't honing their skills.

NIMBLES
-- Fresh performers just graduating from the rank of novitiate. Decently skilled in one or two talents, Nimbles still have a lot to learn. Many like to boss around novitiates when no one's looking. However, they're still expected to help around with shows and often fetch materials.

HEADHUNTERS
-- Headhunters are usually retired performers or those who aren't interested in performing but would like to help. They keep tabs on those in the tribe who show promise in performing and report back to the Lunaris with their findings. Usually, a Headhunter or the Lunaris themself will go to try and convince a promising individual to join the ranks of the Lunar Body.

SILVERTONGUES
-- Bards or whatever. Look I'll finish this later ok.

THAUMATURGES
-- Thaumaturges serve as stagehands. Typically unskilled individuals or those who don't like performing but would still like to help. They work closely with gardeners and artisans to set up shows. Thaumaturges are usually respected since, without them, there would likely not be a show to be had.

NOVITIATES
-- Newbie performers. Novitiates are trainees who are just learning their craft. Often, they are mentored by Starlets or Luminaries and frequently assist Thaumaturges with their work when they aren't practicing. They're considered lowest in the Lunar hierarchy.

THE TERRAN BODY
Under the Terris and their command, the Terran Body
forms the backbone of Arcana.

GUARDIANS
-- Guardians serve as fighters, sentries, and quiet protectors during times of peace. Many answer to the Gatekeepers, however they are all expected to serve the Terris. They keep an eye on newcomers to make sure they stay in line.

HEALERS
-- As their name suggests, Healers maintain the health of Arcana's people. They usually work closely with Gardeners and are expected to help those in need.

GARDENERS
-- Gardeners, as their name suggests, cultivate many plants that flourish in Arcana's forest. Surprisingly, they're very important to Arcana's way of life. Plants are vital for performances and many unique species that grow in their territory are highly sought after.

ARTISANS
-- Artisans serve as craftspeople. They use materials to create props and stages that might be needed by the Lunar Body. Sometimes, they trade their wares to other packs.

TEACHERS
-- Teachers educate the youths of Arcana on their history while also managing the children if their parents are busy.

PROSPECTS
-- Prospects are typically new, unranked members of Arcana. Under normal circumstances, they cannot accept new members.

YOUTHS
-- The young members of Arcana. At this age, they're implored to seek an apprenticeship to an older member of Arcana before their first birthday.
