Screw The Moon - Karma - November 25, 2017

The smell of autumn was everywhere. In the air, in the meat, even in the company that Karma kept around her at times. The cool, relaxing smell that screamed change was filling the valley and the young slave was finding it all but amusing. It was the bringer of cool weather and cold did not fair well for the young beauty. As all she wanted to do on those cold nights were to snuggle up with a warm body and wish away the cold that was outside andmaking it hard to thrive.

Thankfully though, it seemed that the Valley didn't get to cold. At least, it wasn't that cold yet. A small sigh escaped from the dark colored female as she looked up towards the sky from her position. Back legs hugged to her body, her front ones folded in to keep the pads that weren't covered by fur warm. Just because it was still a bit warm, did not meant that the young lady was enjoying the change in tempature.

"At least it's not freezing out and snowing." She mumbled to herself as she looked at the sky for a moment more before she looked away from the coudy sky and back towards the water that was in front of her. A small yawn escaped from the young female as she closed her eyes as the yawn took over her body. Then, started to open then again as she came out of her yawn.

Then, her eyes widened and she jumped as she realized that there was someone else across the water from her. Karma hasn't even heard anyone approaching her, but she was quick to hide her surprise with a mischievous grin at the newcomer. "Well hi there." She greeted them, her head tilting to the side as she blinked at them innocently. "Don't you know that it's rude to sneak up on a little lady like me?"

CRUX
thorn in your side

He watched her from across the way, eyes narrowed intently. She wasn't someone he'd ever met, therefore he had no idea who she was. He admired the curves of her fur, the sweeping spirals of colour against blackness. She seemed to be without a guard, so if she was a slave.. wait, wasn't she a slave? He thought he'd recognized those markings from the distance as he'd watched over the slave pit from a distance. He raised an eyebrow before approaching the water and lowering his head to lap at it, watching her keenly to see how she would react when she saw him.

And react she did. She jumped, clearly surprised to see him there suddenly. She masked it with a grin and he smirked in response.

Well hi there.
Hey. he gave a bit of a smile, the dimples he'd inherited from his sire clear as day on his frosty face.

Don't you know that it's rude to sneak up on a little lady like me?
He chuckled, offering a shrug, Sorry, he was still unused to talking to adult strangers, after being around his family and friends so long. If she wasn't a slave and he was mistaken, he didn't want to insult her so. But if she was a slave, she was technically breaking the law by being out here along, was she not? The boy, newly bonded by an Officer, decided he was as good as any to keep watch. What's your name and rank? Eyes on her, careful. Her smell told him enough that he didn't even have to ask, but nevertheless she did.

Will you speak the truth or will you lie?

RE: Screw The Moon - Karma - January 17, 2018

This boy seemed quite un-easy when he speaks. Quiet, almost like he was scared to speak more then a few sentences. Like a child that didn't want to get scolded for asking to many questions, or else there hand would be whipped with a ruler and made to wear a duns cap. So, maybe. Just maybe, Karma could get him out of his little tortoiseshell. Peel away flesh, one layer at a time and get him to open up and show her the delicious meat that he was hiding from her.

Karma licked her lips slowly at the though, but now was not the time to think of ways to get into his head. No, this was the time to throw him some bait. She just hopes that this fish would bite what she was going to be able to offer him. "Kaarrrrmah!" She dragged her name out, a large grin appearing on her lips as she looked at the tall male across the water. He was interesting to look at. Almost like a doll she'd want to put up on a shelf and look at for hours on end.

"And you stranger?" Karma asked, tilting her head to the side and blinking at him oh so innocently. She ignored his question about her rank, playing innocent like she forgot about that part. It wasn't important anyways, what was, was that she got him interested in her.
